Each year at our annual conference, IUMI presents its global marine insurance report which describes the wellbeing of the marine insurance market. Statistics are collected from insurance associations across the world and are collated and analysed by IUMI. Following the conference, IUMI’s statistics are then presented in a comprehensive document – the IUMI Stats Report. This document is packed with numbers, charts and commentary detailing the macro-economic picture, global fleet development, marine insurance trends, individual business lines including cargo, hull and offshore energy insurance; and also IUMI’s own Major Claims Database and Hull Inflation Index.
