We welcome Instech Solutions AS as an IUMI Professional Partner. The company has been at the forefront of marine insurance technology development for 30 years operating from Bergen in Norway. Its innovative solutions are specifically designed to meet the challenges of the marine, offshore energy and offshore renewables insurance markets. To develop them, the company challenges convention while also understanding that it is vital to listen to people’s needs. By doing so, Instech delivers digital tools that substantially improve the working lives of marine insurance professionals.
Instech’s INS+ package – a comprehensive marine insurance solution – has been used by insurance companies and brokers globally since its launch in 2000. More than two decades later, it remains the leading all-in-one marine-insurance solutions package on the market.
The company is now developing Etuity Core- a cloud-based core insurance platform that gradually will replace INS+. The aim is to simplify the marine insurance process. Etuity will provide greater ease of use, transparency, collaboration and communication in one infinitely expandable future-proof toolbox. First Etuity Core will facilitate pre and post bind, claims and accounting. Later it will have the ability to add specific Etuity solutions to the platform depending on a client’s needs.
Instech’s niche solutions are rooted in the unique insight it has gained by concentrating solely on marine insurance. The company is developing Etuity Core in close collaboration with its customers to leverage on the accumulated knowledge and real-world experience from the industry.
