Marine Insurance in the Middle East – key issues and concerns

The Middle East is a vibrant and growing region for marine insurance across all lines of business. In 2023, IUMI held its first conference in the city of Dubai to learn about the regional marine markets and their characteristics. As a continuation of the successful event, this webinar features three marine insurance specialists who share insights into the regional marine markets as well as trends, regulatory developments and key concerns which impact hull, cargo and offshore energy insurers who do business in the Middle East. The tensions in the Red Sea and their implications for marine insurance are a particular focus area.
