Fradjusting is an independent survey and adjusting company headquartered in Hong Kong with an operations centre in Shenzhen. It is the leading survey company in the Chinese market providing marine damage survey services as well as loss prevention advice. The company has an in-house team of more than 40 surveyors and engineers in China with multi-cultural and multi-lingual expertise including English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and Thai. The team has extensive experience in marine claims management and loss prevention and serves a large number of marine insurers and Chinese overseas enterprises.
Fradjusting operates a network covering almost all Chinese ports and some inland cities. Services range from a simple on-site survey to complete claims management for Chinese and international customers. The company’s international network extends to more than 800 professional surveyors and adjusters in more than 170 countries. The company is currently actively developing an integrated risk management methodology in cross-border e-commerce using IT systems and tools for digital services.
